*Included: trampoline, padded support bar, bungee pull cords for arm exercises, electronic jump counter, exercise video, all hardware and tools necessary for assembly.*Parts: Oval jump pad, 6 feet with rubber bottoms (including two with predrilled holes to attach support bar legs), 6 bolts to attach the feet (one bolt per foot), 1 hex wrench (to attach each bolt to each foot), 2 wide vertical support bar legs with 2 bolts going through (to attach to predrilled feet; accepts the narrower adjustable height leg bars), 2 narrow vertical support bar legs with curved end (inserts into wider support bar legs, allowing height adjustment; curves to meet the horizontal support bar), 1 padded horizontal support bar (curves to meet the legs), 4 curved washers + 4 locking washers + 4 acorn nuts + wrench (to attach support leg to predrilled trampoline feet), bungee cords (for arm exercises; slips over foot on each end of the trampoline), battery powered jump counter and arm to attach counter, exercise CD in protective case*Pro • comes with the jump pad assembled, so needs only legs added. • Support bar, bungee pull cords, and jump counter optional. • jump pad very safe with no springs to pinch. • comes with all hardware and tools needed for assembly. Using own wrench or pliers would be easiest and more comfortable, however. • easy to assemble: 1) separate two legs that have predrilled holes and choose one of the long sides of the jump pad to insert them. 2) insert the other four legs, leaving two on each long side and one on each short side. You may choose to slide the two bungee pull cords onto the feet on each short side if desired, or place them later. If placing later, slip the rubber feet off of the trampoline foot on each narrow end of the trampoline, and slide the bungee pull cord on before reattaching rubber foot 3) over each foot, lift the edge of the trampoline pad covering to expose the area for screwing a single bolt into each of the six feet, using the included hex/allen wrench. 4-5) Assemble support bar, and attach support bar to trampoline. Choice a: Assemble support bar first, then bolt onto feet of trampoline. Choice b: Bolt each vertical support bar leg onto trampoline feet, then insert horizontal support bar between them. *Vertical legs have a welded nut to accomodate the height adjustment knobs, and face forward toward the trampoline pad. *The legs of the support bar bolt onto the trampoline feet with predrilled holes. *Attaching the vertical support legs to the trampoline: Leg has two bolts going through. a) Insert the bolts through the leg and through the predrilled holes of the feet, so that the leg stands beside the foot with a rounded separator between the two. b) add a curved, flat washer onto each bolt end that sticks out c) add a round ring locking washer next d) cap off with the acorn nut. May use included wrench but using own wrench or pliers would be more efficient and easier. *Assembling five pieces of support bar: a) insert end of padded horizontal bar into each curved vertical tube. Pinch in the springy buttons from the ends of the padded bar, and when inserted they pop out through the predrilled hole of the curved vertical tube. b) insert the vertical bottom of each curved tube into the wider mouth of each leg tube. c) Choose the height desired, and insert the height adjustment knob through the wider leg into the narrower leg. • adjustment knobs work great to hang the handles of the bungee pull cords from, keeping them off the ground and reducing tripping hazard.Con: • the knobs to adjust the support bar difficult to screw into place initially • the knobs to adjust the support bar can only face forward, but would look better and would eliminate the possibility of a jumping child scraping against them if the predrilled holes allowed them to face backward on the backside of the bars • rubber hose of the bungee pull cords will attract dust and hairAdditional information: • comes in a very large box, which can be used nicely when building a fort, pup tent, roof of a play house, or as a painting or drawing surface before discarding. • people closer to 6' tall should not try to jump as high as they can if under an 8' ceiling. • not as long as a toddler bed, but almost. Can easily double as a toddler bed by adding a cut down mattress pad, then using a toddler sheet to cover. Pad can be stored beneath the trampoline during the day. If worried about rolling off, it is not far above the ground but if desired a bumper or net can be attached to the support bars. Bed idea can be extended by placing a crate or wooden box beside it to extend length, and having a mattress pad cover both the trampoline and the crate so that the pillow is on the trampoline and the feet on the crate or box. We do this and it works great! • though made for one person, a child can jump safely with an adult or with another child if holding onto the support bar. • if worried about strangulation hazard for younger children, do not attach bungee pull cords. We bought this rebounder as a mini trampoline for our 3 year old daughter to use inside the house as a replacement for the air mattress that she was previously using as a trampoline. We received it a day and a half ago and it has been the center of attention since. At first she was a little less than impressed because she did not get much bounce on it but over the past day and a half she has become increasingly more attached to it. She likes to use it to do a quick bounce here and there rather than constantly jumping on it for a long time though, she does bounce on it for a couple minutes at a time when she is really enjoying it. I think it helped that I have been jumping on it a bit to try and loosen up the bands for her. When I was looking into mini trampolines I was having a hard time understanding what each one had to offer so I will try to clarify some things I came across in questions and reviews.First, Yes, a child can use it. Our 3 year old has no problem jumping on it all by herself without a bar to hold on to. She does like to hold on to my hands or my husbands sometimes to get some really high, more uncontrolled bounces in but, overall, she does just fine on her own. Also, this is quite stable. I was concerned about stability given it is foldable and, due to it only having 4 legs in the photo. The way it folds is opposite to the direction you jump so, it is unlikely that it will ever cause a problem because it would have to fold "up" on them. Also, it took a significant amount of strength to unfold it and snap it into place. I don't think that even my weight could fold it back up again, even if it folded the same direction I would jump on it. lastly, about those 4 legs....there are actually 6! The photo is incorrect and for whatever reason, the question on here that asks about the number of legs has mixed answers between 4 and 6. There are absolutely 6 legs on this. I am pleased as it makes it very stable. She has stepped with all her weight, on the very edge of the bar, between two legs and it didn't tip over...though I definitely am not a fan of her doing that and we have talked about not doing it since. :)Answers to some other questions - I am a 34 year old, average strength person and I was pretty much able to open this on my own. I say pretty much only because my husband was there, holding the unfolding edge to "spot" me. I would have done it on my own had he not been there but, as other have said, it is SCARY to unfold. I stepped on the one side of it and used both of my hands to push with my whole body to open it up and it gets really, really, tight toward the end...and very loud...very scary. Once it was unfolded it did not seem like it would fold itself up again though I was very cautious for a bit, not allowing our daughter near it while we put on the safety pad. Now, putting on the safety pad over the bar/bands would be really difficult to do with one person...perhaps even impossible. It is very hard to have it stay in place while stretching it with all my strength to get it to take the next curve. We figured out that there are leg holes in it, so be sure to start it on the right side, with a leg hole already around a spot where the leg will screw in. This makes it stay in that spot and allows you to pull it more without it just sliding along the bar. One thing I want to say, which others have mentioned, is that the instructions were confusing. The instructions mention the secure pins with wire ring needing to be in the bar and secured properly but it seems unclear what that means because they come on the rebounder exactly the way they show in the photo (okay, so you are just checking that nothing came loose in transport as they are for safety...) and you unfold it after it mentions the secure pins and it doesn't mention them again. So, by my understanding, the secure pins just stay exactly as they are and you do nothing to them even after you have just used incredible force to unfold this thing. They don't move, you don't do anything to the pins nor the wire ring. I do not see how they could possibly be useful but, I am not in the trampoline safety business so, I just left them. I felt secure in the other points I mentioned previously to be able to let this go. :) After getting the safety pad on it was very easy to screw in all 6(!!!) legs and flip it over to begin jumping. We have not attached the resistance tubes or the meter so I am unable to comment on their ease of assembly or use. Though, it seems easy to assemble them according to the manual. If it wasn't clear, this rebounder uses large elastic bands instead of metal springs in its design. They seem to be a bit more stiff than metal springs but I wanted the bands for safety and noise control. They do both of these things well - I do not see anyone getting injured by the elastic bands as they are just big stretch fabric, and even when an adult is jumping, there is very little noise. Id say, about the same amount of noise as a person jumping on a carpeted floor....maybe even slightly less noise than that. And, regarding the stiffness of the bands, I believe these will become more stretchy over time as it already seems to be more bouncy than when we first started bouncing on it, and we have only had it for a day and a half.Overall, we, as a family, are very pleased with this product. It is a good quality product at a good price. Although the assembly is a bit scary at times and requires a lot of strength/coordination (safety pad), it really isn't too bad. I do not think anyone should turn away from this for fear of assembly. It is definitely do-able, just serious business. :) I recommend it!I was worried. The reviews were scary on opening it alone. I watched a video where it took the young lady over an hour to get the round, main part flat on her own. I didn't try right away, but decided that I would try. I put one edge under my couch (wood frame) and after separating the sides as much as possible, pushed the other side flat until it clicked into place. 2 mins. I mean no offense to people who found it difficult, and this should not be an endorsement to assemble it alone as the instructions say to use two people. I just have experience that made me confident I could, and I stayed alert for it to spring back as would have hurt for sure. I am just giving my honest review. The item seems of good quality, and I will update this review when I have used the trampoline.I bought this not knowing if it would get much use because I'd never tried one before, but I love it!I see lots of comments about difficulty opening this and my husband did it by himself when I wasn't looking. I think it probably would have been a better idea if both of us had opened it, but he says he managed.I watched the video and that was helpful to see what can be done on here, but then I turned on the tunes and before I knew it I had jumped an hour away it was so fun.I did have one problem and that was the little straps that hold on the rubber tubing for the arm exercises. The stitching came out and sent that piece up into the ceiling. I messaged Amazon and asked them whom I could call or message to get a new strap, and they told me just to send the whole thing back. Then I found Stamina's phone number on the unit and called Stamina customer service. They were very accommodating and are sending a replacement strap to me. Great customer service.Vale la pena invertir en uno mas caro, este es “economico” pero no me lo regalaron, lo he usado 3 veces y ya se rompioRelatively easy to assemble, definitely a 2 person job. Fiddly to fold, but not a problem for me as I can store it without folding it.It has a fairly firm bounce, so good technique is important otherwise you can jar your back.Great fun to use and very effective, you can work up a sweat in no time!Works great, we had no issue with installation, my husband laid it on the floor and pushed it open. (i don't recommend this unless you are strong, since you can have it snap back at you.) My sons with ADHD and Austism use it for their sensory needs and find it bounces just enough for them. ----" After 6 months of use, it has become very noisy, the legs come lose regularly and the cover is ripping all multiple places."Ideal para ejercitarte en espacios pequeños.De pronto hace ruido como de cama (seguro los vecinos han de pensar que me estoy ejercitando de otra forma), pero muy buena para sudar y hacer cardio.
